When  I initially reached out to Zoe I was experiencing severe burnout,  chronic inflammation and recurrent infections, my skin was covered in  rashes and even the smallest social interaction would cause me extreme  anxiety - I was in so much pain that I could barely walk or leave the  house. I feel Zoe is a very competent and professional healer. She is very easy  to talk to and puts you at ease by explaining to you what to expect so that you are very calm and relaxed during your session. I have to admit,  I was quite emotional at times after my sessions but she explained that this is normal with healing. 

After my last session I could feel the difference between my energy from when I started to now. I feel more calm and centered and able to cope better with day to day situations and  emotions. I really feel that the healing that Zoe does is very powerful  and can change ones life if you are committed to your self healing  journey. 

Zoe is a wonderful soul and I am very blessed to have crossed  paths with her. My daughter developed a stammer when she was 6 years old  and I arranged a few sessions for her with Zoe. Never having tried  sound healing before, I was not sure what to expect. I was thrilled  however when my daughters stammer drastically reduced after just one  session with Zoe and I noticed her general anxiety reduce too over the  course of a few weeks of therapy with Zoe. Although stammering can have a  variety of causes and treatment modalities, Zoe's intuition and  gentleness really supported my daughter beautifully. If you've not tried  sound healing before - i'd highly recommend you give it a go!

I had sound healing with Zoe for 3 sessions. I didn’t have a clue what  to expect but each individual session left me with different emotions,  but all in a very positive way. I was going through an emotional time  when I had the healing and I really feel I gained direction and  positivity. Zoe is very calming and knowledgeable that you come away  from the treatment knowing you were in the right hands.

I have received four distanced sound healing sessions  from Zoe, which I can only describe as an amazing experience.  During  the sessions I could feel the energy tingling through my body and  afterwards I felt incredibly relaxed and calm.  The night after each  sound session I slept so much better than normal.  Having never had a  sound healing previously I didn’t know what to expect and now I am  totally hooked and looking forward to my next session.  Very highly  recommend.

I've had both Reiki and Sound healing with Zoe, and they have proved to be just that - HEALING!

The  Reiki sessions were relaxing, comforting, and focussed as Zoe worked on  unblocking the tensions held in my body by employing crystals and warmth through her hands. It was a real relief to my muscles (I have MS) and the emotions that come with it, not to mention having a good night's sleep. 

The Sound healing I found to be very powerful, experiencing a number of vibrations that brought about a certain joy and release of energy that was lovely.
