Hello, I’m Zoe Hopper DipHom, CoSH, the founder of Flourish & Flow and a professional, certified and insured; Homeopath, Sound Healer, Reiki Practitioner and Psychic Reader who has been supporting clients internationally for 10 years online and in person in Greenwich, London.
I welcome everyone that would like support with their wellbeing and I have a special interest in women’s health, trauma and grief.

We are all unique and Homeopathy acknowledges that, treating the person as an individual using natural remedies that can be used alongside conventional medicine.
In a Homeopathy consultation we discuss; the signs and symptoms being experienced, when they started and why, family and personal history, lifestyle and what you are like as a person. This all helps form a full picture which is then matched to a corresponding remedy.
A naturopathic approach means that improvements to diet and lifestyle and the introduction of flower essences, tissues salts or supplements may also be recommended to further support you.
Many clients report that just being listened to for an hour is a refreshing change and cathartic in itself!
I am committed to supporting my clients and track the efficacy of the work we do together via regular meetings and a numerical scale to assess progress (6 is as bad a symptom could be and 0 is the best).
Below are examples of improvements made by just a few clients I've supported recently using Homeopathy as the main treatment modality:
