I'm Zoe Hopper, a qualified and insured energy healer and maker of crystal jewellery. My purpose in life is to work with people and their energy system to help enable them to resolve energy blocks that may be influencing their life with the intention to help restore harmony and balance.  

My own energy healing journey started in 2012 after receiving Reiki 1 attunements and teachings for my own self care after suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and knowing that I didn't want to spend my life on medication and in bed. Reiki propelled the start of my own energy healing journey and once it had started to help me heal Reiki then fuelled my fascination and curiosity around the possibilities of energy medicine as a complement to our traditional western view of medicine and healing. 

I continued to expand my knowledge and experience and have been very priviledged over the years to learn from many wonderful teachers. This has been fundamental in widening my understanding of the physical body and energy system, helped develop my intutiton and contributed in many instances to my own energy healing. 

The training and learning experiences have ranged from short-term one day workshops for personal growth to longer-term practitioner level training where I have received recognised qualifications, and where relevant, attunements:
